Back 4 Blood is a fast-paced, cooperative first-person shooter from the creators of the critically acclaimed Left 4 Dead series. You find yourself at the center of a war against the Infested: humans transformed by a deadly parasite into terrifying creatures hell-bent on wiping out what remains of humanity. With the extinction of the entire human race at stake, it's up to you and your friends to wage war against the Infested and take back control of the world.

Co-op Campaign

Gun and shoot your way through a 4-player co-op campaign, where you'll need to work together with your allies to survive increasingly difficult missions. Play with up to 3 friends online or in single-player and lead your squad into battle.

Take on the role of one of 8 customizable Exterminators, choosing from a wide array of deadly weapons and items. Strategize against an ever-evolving enemy hell-bent on destroying all of humanity.

Competitive Multiplayer

Play together or against your friends in PVP. Choose to be an Exterminator with special advantages or take on the role of a ferocious Infested. Whoever you decide to be, you'll have access to unique weapons, abilities, and special moves.

Extreme Replayability

A new "rogue-lite" card system allows you to have a different experience with each playthrough and take on more challenging combat.

The game continually adapts to the player's actions, ensuring exhilarating combat, highly differentiated gameplay, and legions of more challenging Infested to face, including 20-foot-tall mutant bosses.
