In F1® Manager 2023, advanced management systems give you complete control of your team, from drivers to staff. Hire an experienced Sporting Director to manage your mechanics’ training regime and improve their performance. This will be a crucial element during the race weekend, and will also help you earn the Quick Stop reward.

Face a variety of challenges and dilemmas that threaten to jeopardize your season. Recruit new drivers in real time or agree to take them on board the following year.
