It's the year 199X and a nuclear war has devastated New York City, leaving its citizens fighting for survival as riots and crime run rampant in the streets. The city has been overtaken by criminal gangs who are terrorizing what remains as they fight for total control. Unwilling to put up with it any longer, young Billy and Jimmy Lee take it upon themselves to drive the gangs out of their city.

The game features a unique and dynamic level structure, and the difficulty of the missions you play will change based on the order you select them.

Play as the classic duo Billy and Jimmy, switch between Marian and Uncle Matin, or try out 9 additional unlockable characters, each with their own special moves and unique styles. With 2-player local co-op, the action quadruples as you clean up the mean streets together.

• ROGUELITE FIGHTING GAME: Experience endless gameplay possibilities with the dynamic mission selection feature. The order in which you choose missions to complete will affect their length, number of enemies, and overall difficulty. Choose how you want to improve with randomized character upgrades purchasable at the end of each mission, or save your savings to revive your players during missions.
• 13 UNIQUE PLAYABLE CHARACTERS: Start the fight with Billy, Jimmy, Marian, and Uncle Matin. Earn tokens throughout the game to unlock a diverse roster of 9 additional characters, each with their own style and strengths. Choose your fighting duo wisely, taking into account each character's strengths and weaknesses.
• SHAPE YOUR EXPERIENCE AND REWARDS: Adjust the game difficulty to determine the amount of tokens you earn per session, and use them to unlock content in the Token Shop, including characters, hints, and more. The modifier can be used to activate Permadeath or even Infinite Mode.
• LOCAL CO-OP: Clean up the city streets together in local co-op that supports up to two players.
